Crush Worthy Valentine's Day Cookies

If you're a single gal like me without a guy of her own, it's fun to imagine that you'll be spending Valentine's Day with one (or a few) of Hollywood's handsome leading men.

With these special Valentine's Day cookies you can! Well, you can at least declare your love for whichever celebrity you're crushing on at the moment.

The dough is super easy to make and does require some time to chill in the fridge before baking. It's a type of shortbread, so combined with the sugary fondant it's just the right amount of sweetness.

Of course there's no reason why you can't swoon over these fellas if you're not single! Or just make a whole batch showing some love for your special someone!
